By opting in to receive SMS messages from Al Bourdeau Insurance
Agency [also known as Al Bourdeau Insurance Service, Inc., Total
Insurance, Associated Groups Ltd, and Al Bourdeau Insurance
Service of Florida, Inc.] (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
SMS Messaging Service
By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Al Bourdeau
Insurance Agency for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way
communication about Insurance Services. Message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
- Most of the time, we will only contact you when you ask us to. This would be as often as your requests.
- We may contact you when an insurer asks us to do so, most likely once a year.
- We will sometimes contact you to provide you with important information about your insurance, probably no more than a couple times a year.
Neither we nor Carriers are liable for any delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you.
After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message
confirming your request has been processed.

Liability
We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery
or undelivered messages caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.
Though we will endeavor to provide the best service possible, your requests may or may not
be acted upon promptly, or at all. Unless we confirm that you request was received, and
have explained how we will respond, you should assume that your request has not been acted upon.
